Nosotros no nos asustamos que el cliente final hable con nuestro cliente, ya que no trabajamos bajo comision, sino bajo suscripcion, lo que permite entablar una conversacion Dueño-Cliente para un trato mas directo.
Sabemos que es un numero ridículo, sabiendo que el precio normal ronda entre el 3%-4%, es por eso que nuestro sistema es uno de los mejores en relacion costo beneficio, para que las propiedades puedan venderse en menos de un año, por un costo de 500bs anual + 1% de comisión si se vende dentro de los primeros 3 meses bajo exclusividad si tarda mas de 3 meses, no te cobraremos comision.
No te cobramos ni dos, ni el precio de un alquiler, eso te permite bajar tus costos a todos los clientes que te escriban y lograr alquilar o anticretar mas rápido por un costo fijo anual de 500bs.
